Hi Parents, as we continue to make improvements to all we do this season, we'd like to pass along the procedure for the Bullpen to be followed at the meets. Your cooperation in helping your kids follow the Bullpen procedure will be invaluable in helping the meets run smoothly. The Coaches will also be reviewing this at practice.  

Also, 4 Volunteers are still needed for this week: Bullpen (1 for first half & 2 for second half); Place Judge (first half). 

Parents, the Bullpen needs YOUR HELP at every meet to make sure our events run smoothly!

FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN 10 AND UNDER: Please make sure your children are checked in and waiting for their event in the bullpen 10 events ahead of theirs. If your child is not checked into bullpen and remaining in our bullpen area until their race, they WILL miss their event. Bullpen volunteers will no longer be searching for kids who haven’t checked in, as they are busy keeping track of events and lining up the children in lanes who have checked in.

FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN AGE 11 AND UP: Please make sure your child checks into bullpen before they line themselves up. If they haven’t checked in, we assume they aren’t lined up and may miss an event. Bullpen volunteers will not be checking lanes at the pool to make sure your child is where they need to be. Missing an event is very upsetting for children of single events but especially upsetting to children in relays who rely on all 4 swimmers to be checked-in and ready in their lanes. We understand things happen but we can streamline our meets by making bullpen run smoothly. We need every parents help by checking your children into bullpen 10 EVENTS AHEAD of their scheduled event.
