Good Afternoon,

Attached is the Heat Sheet with your swimmer(s)' assignments as well as Events by Athletes to easily find your swimmers events. 

Location: Arbor View, 100 Highlands Drive, Woodstock, GA 30188

*Parking is limited - the lot is small and fills quickly. Cars must park on one side of the street and try to avoid the curves. 

Warmups: Our team will warm up at 5:30PM - the meet begins at 6PM.

Bullpen Volunteers still Needed

Concessions: Chick-fil-A sandwiches, BBQ sandwiches and pizza, along with snacks and drinks. Cash only.

Bullpen Reminder: Send swimmers to check in at Bullpen 10 events in advance.

Notes:

All updates will be sent via Remind - please text @tlhswim to 81010 to join.

-Please do not leave the meet before your child's scheduled relay events.

-Dive starts permitted for those who were certified.

-Volunteers should check in with the TLH coordinators upon arrival to the meet. 

-Write your swimmers events on their arm or leg - reference the Meet Info attachment.

Ribbons & Donuts is tomorrow at 9AM - Team Pictures have arrived and will be available for pickup.
