Hello Swim Families,

We have opened signup for next Thursday’s swim meet. Please sign up your swimmer for the meet by Tuesday, June 1 at 10:30AM. If your swimmer is not signed up, we will assume they are not available to swim and they will not be added to the heat sheet.

We also have Volunteer positions open as well. Instructions for both are below:

-Login to https://tlhtidalwaves.swimtopia.com

-On the right, you will see two green boxes: Job Signup and Meet Signup.

-Click Meet Signup and there will be a list of your swimmers. Hit Edit and you can declare if they are attending or not attending the meet. Hit Save. You will see a message at the top saying “Meet entries were saved successfully.”

-Click Job Signup and you will see parent names associated on the account. Select one and you will see a list of job assignments. Click the job and hit Save Assignment. *A list of job descriptions is attached. There are two shifts; volunteers will switch halfway through the meet. Parents, family members, older siblings may all volunteer.

Also attached is additional information about meets; this season we expect the meets to go much faster as it is only our team swimming. This means less swimmers and we can use all 6 lanes for our athletes.

We will have a concession stand with Chick-fil-A, pizza, drinks and treats. We will accept cash; this is the biggest way our team fundraises so we appreciate your support!
