Attached are the TLH Heat Sheet, a Combined Heat Sheet with both teams and Events by Athlete. 

Additional notes for tonight:

--We need more Volunteers for tonight: Deck Manager, Place Judge Recorder (sign up under Place Judge), 2 Timers/Recorders, 3 Bullpen Parents. Please sign up to help! 

--**WEATHER: We will be communicating all updates via Remind. Please text @tlhswim to 81010 to join.

--Location: Towne Lake Hills East Pool

--Opponent/Theme: Towne Lake Sharks; country western theme (i.e. cowboy hats, bandanas)

--Warmups: Warmups begin at 5PM; race begins at 6PM

--Concessions: We will have Chick-fil-A sandwiches + pizza, along with chips, candy and drinks. Cash and Venmo accepted

--Please send swimmers with names and age on their backs to help line them up for races! They will also have their races, heats and lanes written on arm or leg (details in attachment).

--Bullpen Reminder: Send swimmers to check in at Bullpen 5-8 events in advance.

Notes:

-Please do not leave the meet before your child's scheduled relay events.

-Lower pool deck is closed during the meet.

-Some deck chairs will be available, but plan to bring seating as well.

-Write your swimmer's name and age on their back and their events on their arm or leg - reference the images in the attachment (come early if you'd like the coaches to help)!
