Hello,

Please find attached the Heat Sheet plus Events by Athlete for your swimmer's events tomorrow. Below is additional information about the meet including some specifics that Woodstock Knoll has provided.

--**WEATHER: We will be communicating all updates via Remind. Please text @tlhswim to 81010 to join.

--Location: Woodstock Knoll, 111 Johnston Farm Lane, Woodstock, GA

--Parking: Smith L. Johnston Cherokee County Government Complex, 7545 Main St, Woodstock. NOTE: there is no parking available at the pool. You must park at this location. There is a paved sidewalk to safely/easily get from the Government Complex to the pool, it is about a .2 mile walk. You may utilize the turnaround in front of the clubhouse for drop offs only. Please park in the spaces closest to Main Street at the complex.

--Warmups: Warmups begin at 5:30PM; race begins at 6PM

--Concessions: Cuban sandwiches, chick-fil-a, pizza, candy, etc. Cash or Venmo – NOTE: there is a $.50 upcharge on Venmo to cover the fees.

--Pool Deck: Spectators should bring chairs and they recommend tents as the visitor’s side is in the sun. We will provide a tent for the bullpen.

--Volunteers: There will be a volunteer meeting at 5:30PM. Timers will be testing an electronic timing system in addition to stopwatches. Runners will be going up and down stairs, so please wear tennis shoes. 

--Bullpen Reminder: Send swimmers to check in at Bullpen 8-10 events in advance.
