Hard to believe we are in the final stretch of swim season! We have a lot to pack in the last 2 weeks - details below! 

Swimmer and volunteer signup is OPEN for our final two meets - Thursday, June 22, AWAY at Arbor View and Tuesday, June 27 AWAY at Laurel Brooke. 

Swimmer signup for Thursday will close on Tuesday at 10AM and for the final meet on Sunday, June 25.

SUB COORDINATOR: We need a fill in coordinator for this Thursday, June 22. The responsibilities will be distributed so the sub coordinator's primary duties will be: arrive by 5PM with volunteer clipboards/materials, set up a bullpen tent (if necessary), ensure volunteers have arrived/in position, and work with the home team if weather is an issue. Please email if you can fill this role. 

PICTURE DAY: We'll have a team picture on Wednesday, June 21 at 9AM taken by talented photographer and team parent Paige Brigman (One Love Photography). Please wear your black bathing suit!  This team picture will take the place of practice but kids may still swim after the picture until 10AM.

SPIRIT NIGHT AT THE TAVERN: Please join us on Monday, June 26 between 6-8PM at The Tavern for a Tidal Waves Spirit Night! Proceeds go to our team!

END OF SEASON PARTY: We'll wrap up swim season on Wednesday, June 28 at 9AM with our end of season party at the pool. This will include a catered breakfast and team awards.

ASA DIVISIONAL MEET: A separate email will be sent with the details of this fun opportunity to swim at Georgia Tech. Our session is on June 30th at 4PM. 

Signup Instructions:

-Login to https://tlhtidalwaves.swimtopia.com

-On the right, you will see two green boxes: Job Signup and Meet Signup.

-Click Meet Signup and there will be a list of your swimmers. Hit Edit and you can declare if they are attending or not attending the meet. Hit Save. You will see a message at the top saying “Meet entries were saved successfully.”

-Click Job Signup and you will see parent names associated on the account. Select one and you will see a list of job assignments. Click the job and hit Save Assignment. There are two shifts; volunteers will switch halfway through the meet. Parents, family members, older siblings may all volunteer. Reminder: the volunteer requirement is 4 half meets or 2 full meets for the season. We need your help to make the swim meets a success!
