Hello Tidal Waves Families,

Sign up for our first meet on Thursday, May 30 is open! Please sign up your swimmer for the meet by Tuesday, May 28 at 10:00AM. If your swimmer is not signed up, we will assume they are not available to swim and they will not be added to the heat sheet.

We also have Volunteer positions open as well. Instructions for both are below:

-Login to https://tlhtidalwaves.swimtopia.com

-On the right, you will see two green boxes: Job Signup and Meet Signup.

-Click Meet Signup and there will be a list of your swimmers. Hit Edit and you can declare if they are attending or not attending the meet. Hit Save. You will see a message at the top saying “Meet entries were saved successfully.”

-Click Job Signup and you will see parent names associated on the account. Select one and you will see a list of job assignments. Click the job and hit Save Assignment. There are two shifts; volunteers will switch halfway through the meet. Parents, family members, older siblings may all volunteer. Reminder: the volunteer requirement is 4 half meets or 2 full meets for the season. We need your help to make the swim meets a success!

New this year we will have a different Food Truck at home events!  Next week's meet with be Crazy Hawg BBQ and Catering! We will also have a concession stand with drinks and treats. We will accept cash and Venmo; this is the biggest way our team fund raises so we appreciate your support!
